It's National Student Leadership Week and we'd like to recognize the student leaders in our school. We are proud of them, their achievements, and their willingness to step up! We'll start with our first Senior to be recognized, Coley Keesee.

New Lima Gifted and Talented students recently went on their yearly field trip. They started the day with a guided tour of the Oklahoma State Capitol, journeyed on the Oklahoma Memorial to place a signed t-shirt on the fence, and ended the day at Incredible Pizza. All had a great day!!!

Students in grades 3 through 5 will begin state testing this week. Attendance is crucial, but even more so on testing dates. Please have your students at school and on time. Students will not be allowed to enter their classrooms if testing is underway when they arrive. Nutrition is also a key factor in your student's success. Please ensure they eat a good breakfast at home or arrive in plenty of time to eat breakfast here at school. If you have any questions, please feel free to call the elementary office at 405-257-3948.
